WHAT DAY ARE WE

Today is said it is the beggining of a new year , a new circle and people are told to write down some expectation , thoughts ans resolutions . I wont right down any of this because this is what i do everyday anyways . 

I came back from my 4 th trip to the lovely californian coast and i was sure about something . I want to make myself spend an equal time as well in the ocean as on the ground everyday . 

What ever is the activity about , surfing , swimming  , body surfing or simply what i call having fun but certanly my medecine to any wound . 

Make each day different but similar as in a way i end up being happy . 

My life has been full of given minds and smiles . Inspired by my sourroundings i will run for a laught and walk for my time . 

Happy New year , have this one make you stronger .

Here is the Seakin mag i have been collaborting with the creators Lauren Hill and David Rastovich , i am really happy to be a part of this project . There are some mind blowing subject written in there .

BRAIN

My hands became playfull tonight , after a few weeks . It happens sometime my brain doesnt work this way , a lot of things come and go thru my mind ,  and my eyes constantly keep moving along my journey . Tonight my hands felt itchy , from sitting there watching . I grabbed some pens and it all came along , like never before , or like it has always been . And here today , it felt new to my sens .
